You don’t have to go to the coast for fresh, flavorful seafood. Colorado Catch Hybrid Striped Bass is naturally raised from fingerling to fillet in pure artesian waters flowing from Colorado's remote San Luis Valley. Farmed in Alamosa by a family-owned company, Colorado Catch, this unique fish is firm, but flaky and moist. Of the nearly 350,000 pounds of fish raised each year, nearly half is purchased locally. The rest goes out to a lucky few restaurants and retailers around the country.
1 lb. of fish is about 2-3 servings depending on sides and appetites.

Sustainability
- United States farmed Hybrid Striped Bass are rated “Best Choice” by Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Guide and is approved by Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program. Colorado Catch's unique geothermal resources and circular tank system have enabled them to increase growth rates, eliminate off-flavors and sustain yields for year-round production. The fish are humanely harvested in an ice and water bath to ensure quality and optimal freshness.
