These small pacific hard shell clams are sweet in taste and perfect for almost any clam dish. Manila clams will open within 3-5 minutes when steamed making them perfect for a quick pasta dish, soup or paella. Originally from Japan, manila clams were transplanted to the pacific northwest in the 1940's. They range in size somewhere between 1.25" - 1.5" in diameter.

Sustainability
- Manila Clams are sustainably farmed in the Pacific Northwest, mostly Washington State and British Columbia. These clams are hatched in pens and then live the rest of their lives in the wild.
